These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 5vip (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 5vip online gaming platform accessible at https://5vip.cam and any related services, features, content, and applications offered by 5vip. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the unique user profile you create to access and use the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in your Account for wagering and withdrawal, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet to your 5vip Account Balance.
• "Game" means any slot machine, live casino game, sports betting market, lottery draw, or other gambling product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required to confirm your legal identity and eligibility.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means the placement of a stake on any Game offered by the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of funds from your Account Balance to your designated bank account or payment method.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a legal resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be accessing the Platform from within a territory where our services are legally permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, gambling prohibition list, or sanction list.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.
• Notify 5vip immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

2.3 One Account Per Person

You may register only one Account per person, household, IP address, or device. Multiple Accounts registered by the same person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any funds or winnings associated with duplicate Accounts. 5vip reserves the right to conduct duplicate Account checks at any time using various verification methods including but not limited to IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and KYC document analysis.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3.1 Verification Requirements

To maintain the security of the Platform and comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations, 5vip requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. The KYC process may require submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, valid government-issued photo identification document such as Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, government-issued document, or tax notice dated within the last three months displaying your full name and current residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of yourself holding your identity document next to your face for facial recognition comparison.
• Payment Method Verification: Documentation confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals, such as a bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details.

3.2 Verification Timeline

5vip aims to process KYC submissions within 1 to 24 hours during business days (Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays). In cases requiring additional documentation or manual review, the verification process may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your verification, including any requests for additional documentation or notification of successful verification completion.

3.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If you fail to complete KYC verification when requested, or if the documentation provided is deemed insufficient, falsified, or belonging to another person, 5vip reserves the right to suspend your Account, freeze your Balance, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit any winnings obtained. Repeated failures to provide valid documentation may result in permanent Account closure.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5vip accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and other major Indonesian banks.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Other Methods: Additional payment methods may be added at the Platform's discretion and will be displayed in your Account's deposit interface.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Times

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Standard deposit processing times are as follows:

• Bank transfers during banking hours (Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 WIB): typically instant to 15 minutes.
• Bank transfers outside banking hours: up to 24 hours.
• E-wallet deposits: typically instant to 5 minutes.

4.3 Deposit Conditions

By making a deposit, you warrant that:

• The payment method belongs to you and is registered in your legal name matching your 5vip Account details.
• The funds deposited are not derived from illegal, fraudulent, or criminal activities.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.
• You will not attempt to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate deposits after funds have been wagered.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, you must meet the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified through the KYC process.
• You must have a positive Balance available for withdrawal after accounting for any active wagers.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your legal name matching your verified identity documents.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

5vip processes withdrawal requests according to the following timelines:

• Bronze Tier Members: Standard processing within 1-24 hours.
• Silver Tier Members: Priority processing within 6-18 hours.
• Gold Tier Members: Express processing within 1-6 hours.

Please note that these are internal processing times. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 1-2 business days for funds to appear in your account after 5vip has processed the withdrawal.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are determined by your payment method and VIP tier level. Standard limits are displayed in your Account's withdrawal interface. 5vip reserves the right to split large withdrawals into multiple installments if necessary for security or operational reasons.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 5vip may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, or other incentives (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly displayed in the promotion's description. By claiming or accepting any Bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the Bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while wagering, and expiration periods vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the Bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

5vip reserves the right to cancel Bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend or close Accounts if we determine that a User has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities, or colluding with other Users to manipulate Bonus systems.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Random Number Generation

All casino games offered on the 5vip Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited by recognized gaming testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by either the Player or the Platform. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed within the game information and represent theoretical long-term payout rates calculated over millions of game rounds.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including football, basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and esports, are subject to specific rules governing bet settlement, void events, postponements, and official results. Detailed sports betting rules are available in the Platform's Sports Rules section. 5vip reserves the right to void bets or adjust settlements in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or irregular betting patterns indicative of insider knowledge or match-fixing involvement.

7.3 Lottery and Togel Rules

Lottery products, including togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) for Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau markets, are settled based on official draw results published by the relevant lottery operator. Draw times, available bet types, payout multipliers, and settlement rules are displayed within each lottery game interface. In the event of a disputed result, 5vip will rely on the official result published by the respective lottery authority.

7.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place wagers.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or share strategic information.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activities on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Platform's software.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or other methods to mask your true location or identity.

8. Responsible Gaming and Account Limits

8.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

We encourage all Users to treat gambling as entertainment and to never wager more than they can afford to lose. 8.2 Self-Imposed Limits

Users may set the following responsible gaming limits within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Maximum losses permitted over a specified time period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Wager Limits: Maximum bet size per game round or per day.

Once set, limits become effective immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, while decreases or removals are implemented instantly.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who feel they need a break from gambling may self-exclude their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, wager, or access any Platform services. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed once activated. 9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 5vip Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, games, and trademarks, is the property of 5vip or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from 5vip.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disputes and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 5vip is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our internal complaints procedure. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or the appropriate regulatory authority. 12. Amendments to Terms

5vip reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified to Users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting Customer Support.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (after deducting any outstanding fees or liabilities) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method. 5vip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. In the event of Account termination, 5vip will return your Balance (minus any liabilities) unless the termination resulted from fraudulent activity or other serious breach, in which case funds may be forfeited.
